Does getting a Cisco certification gaurantee a decent job ?
I know nothing about networking .Does having one or more of the Cisco certs i:e CCNA , CCNP OR CCIP , actually gaurantee a decent job ?Which certificate/skill is in highest demand ?

There is never a guarantee of a job, certs don’t hurt and “prove” a desire and certain level of understanding.
The highest skill/cert in demand is a compassionate, always ontime, honest employee ( the stuff your mom is supposed to teach you ) , the rest we can handle.
