Make it into digital ebook format if you want to save on publishing prices and stuff like that, have it copyrighted, put your name on it as the author and start selling it. You may become very rich if this is a popular category that lots of people want to learn. Even better than that would be if you illustrated it or made a video to learn that stuff. “How to do things” is a very profitable field and you may become a best selling author if you really think lots of people need to be tutored. Many people want to learn things but dont want a tutor because it may make them uncomfortable or they may want to work at their own speed. Just something to think about.
